So, I sometimes neglect music. I’m either busy, locked into some weird Joe Rogan podcast marathon, stuck in an X-Files vortex (have you seen the new HD versions of the originals? Oh man!!!), or worse in the car but have to pay attention to the GPS or something. Today… today I played the most random collection of tunes and quenched some music thirst that I’ve been depriving myself of for a couple weeks (in Roger terms that might be a month or two)…
So… what did I listen to you ask? Well it started with cleaning my wreck of an office and wanting to hear Celtic Frost’s “Dethroned Emperor” to kinda get me moving. From there I just randomly loaded tunes into media player as I came across them in my music folders on the big cloud here. I guess I have quite a random assortment of shit. This is by no means a “my favorite’s list” or anything like that, it’s simply what I chose to listen to today completely randomly and kinda alphabetically grouped. If I was in the “D” section I might play some songs from Death and then another from DRI then go to a completely other folder, I’m weird like that. Is any of this banter necessary? Probably not.
