March 22, 2016 at approximately 7:30 a.m. CDT comet P/2016 BA14 will buzz earth closer than any comet has in over 250 years. Clearing the way for it’s friend will be comet 252P/LINEAR on Monday, the morning before at around 7:14 a.m. CDT. You will need pro gear to see these so it’s not really an event for the amateur astronomer but a relevant event to our study of comets. Mortician imagery ripped off again but with a twist this time…
This. This is what it all comes down to. You work hard in a rewardless scene for decades making little to no money, bootlegged to no end, copied and poorly replicated by many for it to come down to this. I can handle all of that. It’s the nature of “influence” in the music scene, we play what we like and listen to. But THIS is friggin’ horseshit. Fashion company Avalone premiered their new Fall/Winter Collection of Dark sportswear inspired by ’90s death metal bands. Anyone notice any similarities here? Pricks… Continue reading Mortician imagery ripped off again but with a twist this time…
Lucky Day at The Orleans in Las Vegas, NV
Let’s dip into the mentality of the compulsive gambler for a moment shall we. Just kidding, sort of. Now I’m not a hardcore gambler per se, but I’ll play some comp dollars and a few of my own once a week. For me and my lady it’s our weekly Thursday or Friday daytime date. Nothing beats free money, free buffets (or buy one get one at least), and the potential to walk away with a few hundred. The key there is walk away 😉 Continue reading Lucky Day at The Orleans in Las Vegas, NV
I’d like to take a moment to talk to you about breakfast pizza
I can’t express enough how much I love breakfast pizza. I’m silly for it. I’ve really only had it at a few places out but I like to make it myself as well. Perhaps a future video is in order. Hell, anything that keeps the monkeys from screaming so loud in my head right? Continue reading I’d like to take a moment to talk to you about breakfast pizza
Having fun creating shirt designs for GSP

I’m very excited about the ability to do one offs that are quality with today’s DTG printers. I invite you to check out some of my prints below with some “how I did them” info and some obligatory general ramblings. Continue reading Having fun creating shirt designs for GSP
The Butterfly Effect
First off, I’m not a big Ashton Kutcher fan. Not my type of dude or humor most the time. That being said, this movie is really awesome! Let’s throw the needle back a bit shall we. The “butterfly effect” refers to a scientific concept of chaos theory that says small seemingly insignificant causes can have massive effects. The term was coined by Edward Lorenz, an American meteorologist and mathematician, who noticed that small variations in his initial input of his weather models would produce a vastly different output. He made the comparison to a butterfly flapping its wings changing air patterns that would eventually have an effect on a storm system weeks later. So, is this a review or a science lesson you ask? It’s both! And stop interrupting me damn it! Continue reading The Butterfly Effect
Close Encounters of the Third Kind
The five notes! That’s what everyone hears in their head when they think of 1977’s Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Yes I’m comfortable speaking for all humanity… wouldn’t be the first time 😉 This movie is one of my all time favorites for so many reasons other than it’s another chance to play “spot Lance Henriksen” which you all know is one of my favorite pastimes. This is why I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada
There’s many reasons we moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2015 from Highland, NY. Besides the obvious allure of the casino scene this is the first winter EVER that I didn’t need a winter coat much less a shovel! My back thanks me not to mention I wouldn’t be able to shovel anyway after that jerk smashed into us at a red light last year. My shoveling days are thankfully involuntarily behind me.
